I came to Magda not really knowing where to start with my acne. I’d been trying to manage it on my own for nearly two years but nothing was working. From the first consultation, she made me feel completely at ease. She listened, explained everything clearly, and gave me a plan that made sense. I felt straight away that I was in good hands. I’m only two sessions in and the improvement has been amazing. The in-session treatments combined with the at-home routine have made a real difference. I look forward to my appointments now. Magda creates a calm, welcoming space and we always end up having a good laugh. The whole experience has been thoughtful and professional. I recommend Simply Beauty Clinic in Chiswick... if it's your first time having any treatment, the ladies will take such good care of you that you'll feel at home 🥰 nice atmosphere, clean!!!, they explain everything step by step what they're going to do... I had diode laser treatment done and I’m really impressed. The machine has an amazing cooling system, so the treatment is practically pain-free. The communication with the reception is also excellent — I always get answers to all my questions very quickly.I also had Morpheus with PRP done and I highly recommend this combination to everyone. I have had both my legs waxed and also my very first Facial. I want to say that I was expecting pain on the waxing... but no... it was so nicely done and Natalia, the Beautician was so professional and engaging.. I didn't even know she was waxing my legs... it was a very pleasant experience and I will be attending again... I also experienced my first Facial... wow... I was so relaxed by the end of it I decided that I will be back for more... It's my time now in life... and I'm intending treating myself to "being cared for". Today at the Salon I had CRYOLIPOLYSIS COOLTECH treatment with Magdalena. Magdalena is very competent and knowledgeable person. She explained everything in fine details and it made me feel I am in best hands possible! I also received lots of valuable advice from Magdalena on how can I improve my treatment with few simple steps at home. The salon itself is very welcoming and looks and smell amazing. Lovely atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I definitely will be back for more treatments. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the results of laser hair removal at this salon. Having previously completed a full series of treatments with a diode laser at another salon, the difference of the service is truly remarkable. What stands out here is the incredible precision with which the girls perform each treatment. They are meticulous, ensuring every inch of the area is treated with care, and their extensive knowledge of the laser settings tailored to my skin and hair type is unmatched. This is the only salon I recommend for laser hair removal. I’d much rather pay a higher price for exceptional service than go through 20 ineffective treatments at high street chain clinics, where procedures are often done by untrained staff. I had a full series of DMK paramedical treatments and I am extremely happy with the results because I didn’t expect my skin to change this much without using any lasers, my skin looks clearer, healthier and much more balanced and the whole process was very professional and carefully explained, I always felt safe and looked after and it’s honestly incredible how effective these treatments are when done properly and consistently.
